Description
The Marketing Retreat is designed to create a yearly plan for business development. Participants
are taken through a process to assess goals, strategies and measures for the firm. The 12 Business Development strategies are explored, and the group chooses which ones best suit their markets, goals and marketing talents. Most important, each professional is asked to commit to individual action to raise the firm's profile. The deliverable for the day is a document detailing each
of the steps at the right.

Because of the special nature of this retreat, we would recommend that a scribe with laptop computer be assigned to each planning team. As each module is completed, the scribe transfers
the information into the planning document template. At the end of the day, the planning document
is complete!

Objectives
